Dr. Rosenthal and his colleague, Alfred Aloi, D.M.D., use dental crowns and/or bridges to restore the functionality and appearance of a missing or decayed tooth. Most dental crowns and/or bridges are placed in only two office visits; however, there are some cases in which the patient must wait three to six months for his/her permanent replacements. If an implant ("artificial root") is placed it may receive an immediate replacement crown.
