Who is the typical cosmetic dental patient?

Females compose about 67% of cosmetic dentistry patients. With the balance being males. Approximately one half are between the age of 41 and 60. 16% are younger than 30. , and 11% are over 60.

Is cosmetic dentistry really booming?

Yes. Practices responding to the survey report almost 500 patients on average received cosmetic dental services in2010. This is more than 10% increase than in 2009. In 2011, the iprojected increase is similar.
